• "CNIC" means the Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani citizens, used by x5555 as the primary identity verification document.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed by a Player before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied to a Player's Account at the Player's request, preventing access to Gaming Services for a defined or indefinite period.

You must notify x5555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Currency: All x5555 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals.
• KYC Compliance: x5555 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. Players may be required to submit CNIC copies, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory KYC completion.

x5555 reserves the right to refuse Account registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

x5555 supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. x5555 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution and may take up to one business day to reflect in your PKR Wallet.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by x5555 within a reasonable timeframe after successful KYC verification. The total time for funds to reach your payment account depends on your chosen withdrawal method and the processing schedules of your financial institution.
• Identity Matching: All withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the name and CNIC registered on your x5555 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the x5555 cashier at the time of transaction. x5555 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its sole discretion.
• No Fees: x5555 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in PKR. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which x5555 accepts no responsibility.
• Source of Funds: x5555 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your x5555 Account as part of anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in Account suspension.

x5555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified x5555 Accounts in good standing. Players who have received a formal warning for Terms & Conditions breaches may be excluded from promotional offers at x5555's discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. • Abuse: x5555 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct that x5555 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

The following general rules apply to all Gaming Services on the x5555 platform. Specific game rules for individual casino titles, sports betting markets, and fishing games are available within each game or market on the platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet or game round is only valid once confirmed and recorded by the x5555 system. In the event of a network interruption prior to confirmation, the bet will be treated as void and any deducted amount will be returned to your PKR Wallet.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game provider system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, x5555 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's PKR Wallet. x5555 is not liable for paying winnings resulting from manifest errors.
• Sports Betting Specifics: PSL and cricket betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is closed for betting. x5555 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle betting markets in accordance with international sports betting industry standards. Settled odds are final except in cases of demonstrable operator error.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Gaming Services and are displayed within each game or betting market. Stakes that exceed applicable maximums will not be accepted by the system.
• Responsible Play: x5555 strongly encourages Players to set personal deposit and session limits via the Account settings panel. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. Chasing losses is not a strategy and can result in financial harm.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x5555 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of PKR Wallet balance:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in the name of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the x5555 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Employing any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting markets to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through known exploitation of errors must be reported to x5555 support and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker-style games to gain a coordinated advantage over the house or other participants.
• Abusing x5555 bonuses in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing x5555 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, age verification, or geolocation mechanism implemented by x5555.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access x5555 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written authorisation from x5555:

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the x5555 platform.
• Using the x5555 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x5555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the x5555 platform, howsoever caused.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the x5555 platform or any Gaming Service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information or content published on the x5555 platform, including odds, game return-to-player statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any failure or delay in performance resulting from events outside x5555's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures in Pakistan.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions, that affect the timing or availability of deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit x5555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

x5555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of the cause of action or the form in which the claim is made, shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by you to your x5555 Account during the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments: x5555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, x5555 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Termination by x5555: x5555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• x5555 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• x5555 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• x5555 decides to withdraw Gaming Services from a particular jurisdiction or player segment.

Termination by Player: Players may close their x5555 Account at any time by contacting x5555 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with international online gaming licensing standards and applicable law.
